Frequently asked

Common questions

Not in the same transaction. We always act for one party, independently, to defend only your interests. That avoids conflicts: whoever reviews your contract cannot also be serving the other side.

It depends on the property and the financing, but a typical transaction completes in around 8–12 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline from the start, flag every milestone, and if anything slips you will know why and what we are doing about it.

Very few: your passport or ID and, if it already exists, the property paperwork (registry extract, deed or reservation contract). The rest — certificates, registry and cadastre documents — we gather ourselves.

It is a document authorising us to sign and act on your behalf. It is not compulsory, but if you live abroad it saves you travelling: it can be signed before a notary in Spain or in your country, and limited strictly to this transaction.

The deed is not the end: we settle the taxes, register the property at the Land Registry and coordinate utilities and the community. At the end you receive a complete dossier — deed, invoices and taxes — for your records.
